For Orders within Singapore
Orders are typically packed within 1 working day. Lead time for larger orders, custom orders or bulk orders may take longer. If you require your order urgently, please WhatsApp us and we will do our best to prepare it earlier.
NOTE:
We may change the delivery method without prior notice. No reduction or additional charge will be made if the delivery method is changed.
Standard Delivery Options
1) Economy Courier
Method: Doorstep delivery - This is a no-signature contactless delivery service, the courier may leave the parcel outside the door, unit or another accessible delivery area if no one is available to receive it.
Duration: 2 to 4 working days

Note: This is a no-signature contactless delivery service, the courier may leave the parcel outside the door, unit or another accessible delivery area if no one is available to receive it. Please ensure that the delivery address is safe and suitable for contactless delivery. We are not liable for rejected parcels. This option may not be suitable for businesses or schools which do not allow security / general office drop offs. Please ensure your location is suitable for this option before placing an order.
2) Express Delivery

Method: Doorstep delivery. Please ensure the recipient is contactable and available to receive the parcel.
Delivery Duration: 0 to 2 working days, usually same-day delivery where available (subject to cut off timing).
Tracking: Available.
Note: The express delivery fee shown at checkout is based on our standard fee structure and may not reflect the actual costs. For a more accurate delivery fee and estimated delivery date, please contact us before placing your order. Express delivery is also subject to order preparation time. This service is not for restricted areas.
3) Express Delivery - Restricted Location

This option is for restricted areas, secured premises, military camps, airport zones, port areas, offshore islands or other locations where courier access is limited or restricted. Please furnish us with the required clearance details prior to delivery.

Self Collection / Buyer Arranged Pick Up
5) Self Collection

Method: In-person collection, buyer-arranged courier or your appointed delivery driver.
Collection Location: 7 Soon Lee Street, iSpace, #05-19, Singapore 627608
Collection Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday: 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Preferably by appointment.
Note: Order preparation time will still apply, so please contact us before heading down. If you are arranging your own courier or delivery driver, please ensure that the pick-up personnel has the order number or order slip for verification.
