Our 220 kg Stainless Steel Encapsulated Commercial Diving Magnet is a heavy-duty magnetic positioning solution designed for professional commercial diving, marine maintenance and industrial underwater work.

Built with a larger 89 mm diameter magnetic assembly, this model provides increased magnetic holding capability for divers who require a stronger point of attachment when working around ferrous underwater structures.

The magnetic assembly is fully encapsulated in stainless steel, providing a robust exterior suitable for repeated use in wet, marine and underwater environments. Its stainless steel construction also provides a durable and professional finish while protecting the internal magnetic assembly.

A heavy-duty lifting eye provides an attachment point for ropes, lanyards or other suitable diving equipment, while the stainless steel handlebar gives the diver improved control when placing, repositioning or removing the magnet from a steel surface.

This higher-strength model is especially suitable for commercial divers working around larger steel structures where stronger magnetic contact may be required.

Handlebar with Scraper Head: The diving magnet in this listing is supplied with a scraper bar attachment to help loosen, scrape or dislodge objects, debris and marine buildup during underwater retrieval work. Warning: Edges of scraper head may be sharp.

For commercial diving applications, ensure that the magnet provides sufficient holding force for the intended working conditions and that the complete magnet, handlebar, lifting eye and associated components are inspected before every dive.

Magnetic holding strength can be significantly reduced by uneven surfaces, paint, rust, corrosion, barnacles, marine growth, coatings or gaps between the magnet and the steel surface.

This product is not a conventional certified lifting magnet and should not be treated as one.

Strong magnets can cause serious pinch injuries. Always handle with care and keep hands and body parts clear when the magnet approaches ferrous surfaces.

Stainless steel surfaces may contain minor scratches, machining lines or cosmetic marks from manufacturing and handling. These are normal provided there are no structural defects, punctures or significant deformation.
